Ingredients

ingredients required:

  • 3 medium potato, chopped
  • 1 large carrot, chopped
  • 3 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 medium beetroot, chopped
  • 1 coriander leaves
  • 1 pav bhaji masala, large
  • jeera
  • butter
  • oil
  • green peas
  • salt
  • water
  • 1 capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • kashmiri red chilly powder
  • green chilly
  • ginger garlic paste
  • pav

preparation of pav bhaji

Stage 1 :-

1.Take cooker keep it on medium flame & add 1/2 table spoon oil & 1 large table spoon of butter in it.

2. Add jeera for flavour & add 2 spoon of pav bhaji masala roast it for 3 sec.

3. Add chopped potato ,chopped carrot , chopped beet ,Chopped tomato & 1 small bowl of green peas in cooker.

4.Add 700 ml of water ,1 small spoon of salt & close the lid of the cooker.

5. Let the whistle blow for 4 to 5 minutes.

Stage 2

1. Take a large cooking pot (kadhai or karai) & add 1/2 table spoon of butter & 2table spoon of butter.

2. Add finely chopped capsicum roast it nicely till it shrinks.

3.Add finely chopped onion roast it till it become pink .

4. Add coriander finely chopped (as per your requirement) .

5. Add chilly powder , pav bhaji masala , red edible color (optional) add salt (As per taste) and roast the mixture nicely.

6. Remove the boiled vegetable from cooker & add it into the cooking pot and mix & stir it well.

7. Mash the mixture of vagetable in cooking pot with masher , (if you don't have masher don't worry we have boiled vegetable so it won't required lots of force & masher , you can do it with large serving spoon. )

8. Add water after mashing because consistency of bhaji should be little watery as we are going to eat it with pav.

9. keep it on low flame for 3 min and our bhaji is ready.


Stage 3

1.Take pan add butter (as per your requirement) in the pan .

2. Add little bit of chopped coriander and keep the pav in the pan and fry it nicely n butter

3. serve the pav with bhaji with chopped onions and lemon.

4.Our delicious pav bhaji is ready.
